Why are some appointments from my primary calendar not showing up in my SoulAdvisor calendar?
To make the process of managing bookings, we recommend you sync your SoulAdvisor calendar with the other calendars you use.
Once set up bookings should flow through however, certain events may not migrate across easily. This is caused by the file provided by the other/primary calendar being restrictive and not including all categories of appointments or events.
SoulAdvisor can only upload details provided, and if unable to receive information about a blocked event then it is not able to render it into the SoulAdvisor calendar.
A few workarounds are to re-categorize the 'blocked" event to another appointment type and this may assist in being included in the file provided by the primary calendar or you could block out the time directly on your SoulAdvisor calendar.
