My email address is not being recognised by SoulAdvisor, what can I do?
As part of your registration process, you would have included an email address. To complete the first stage of registration, you will be sent an email requesting confirmation of this email address.
This part of the process needs to be completed within 48 hours and the link may expire if not done within this timeframe. If you do not complete the confirmation process, SoulAdvisor is not able to recognise your email address.
If you can't find the confirmation email, try checking your junk email box. Another consideration is that you may have used a different email address when you first registered.
