Dani is a certified Dru yoga teacher who is passionate about inspiring change from the inside out. With a long background in dance and over 20 years of teaching experience, Dani brings her wealth of knowledge about the body to her Dru yoga classes. She believes that the core of healing comes from moving your body and loves helping others achieve a healthy lifestyle through yoga. Through combining breath, visualisation and movement, Dani empowers her students to listen deeply to what their body... Dani is a certified Dru yoga teacher who is passionate about inspiring change from the inside out. With a long background in dance and over 20 years of teaching experience, Dani brings her wealth of knowledge about the body to her Dru yoga classes. She believes that the core of healing comes from moving your body and loves helping others achieve a healthy lifestyle through yoga. Through combining breath, visualisation and movement, Dani empowers her students to listen deeply to what their body is telling them. Dani particularly enjoys working with people who think that they can’t do yoga. Her classes are for all body types, flexibility and fitness levels - even if you’ve never owned any activewear or consumed a green smoothie in your life. Coming from a highly trained ballet background, Dani found she had to do a lot of “un-learning” to allow her to soften, embrace her sensitivity and lean into her intuitiveness. Originally training and working as a pranic energy healer, Dani has always been drawn to helping people. Dani enjoys showing her students the vast smorgasbord of offerings that Dru yoga provides. Through group classes, she loves being able to reach more people to share this powerful and rejuvenating toolbox to support your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual self. Yoga is no different. Dru yoga is an inclusive and dynamic practice for people of all abilities, fitness levels and ages. Through working with Dani one-on-one, she will be able to tailor your program specifically to your individual needs. In your first session with Dani, she will explore where you are currently at, identify your key goals and create a customised program for you encompassing all levels of the body, mind and spirit. From there, the remaining seven sessions can be held weekly or twice weekly around your availability and preferences. Each session will take one hour and can be held in person or online via Zoom. Dani will also support you throughout your tailored program via unlimited email access.
