What forms of payment are accepted?

SoulAdvisor has been launched in Australia and uses Stripe, as a third-party provider, to facilitate booking payments.

Practitioners who are linked to our booking functionality will receive all payments via Stripe's secure payment gateway. Stripe accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or JCB.

For you to secure a booking, we are unable to facilitate cash or bank transfers and will only accept payments through the above method.

Some of our practitioners do not use our comprehensive booking functionality. If they have chosen to do so, instead of accessing our direct booking functionality, you will be given a Reservation Request form. Once the practitioner has confirmed the availability of your preferred day and time, you will deal directly with them, including any payments.
