What is your cancellation policy?
Customers are required to cancel their booking 24 hours before the appointment start time in order to receive a full refund (minus a small processing fee of 1.75% + $0.30 for domestic cards and 2.9% + $0.30 for international cards, due to use of a third party to process payments).
A customer who cancels their booking less than 24 hours before the start time will not receive a refund.
If a cancellation is made by a practitioner, the customer will receive a full refund. A small processing fee applies to all practitioner cancellations however, this will be borne by the practitioner if they have initiated the cancellation.
