Remove double booking anxiety with two-way calendar syncing
What is two-way syncing and why is it important?
As SoulAdvisor is a booking platform, it is important that you provide your up-to-date availability to receive client appointments. Two-way syncing allows you to share and get the appointments between SoulAdvisor and other calendar tools that you’re using eg. Google Calendar, Yahoo Calendar, Calendly Calendar, and more. This means whenever there are new appointments in SoulAdvisor, they will appear in your external calendar and your external calendar events will be synced to SoulAdvisor back.
How will two-way calendar syncing make my life easier?
- Remove double booking anxiety: It has happened to all of us. You add a new booking to one calendar, but then your day fills up with other priorities and you completely forget to update this in your other calendar. Next thing you know, another client has booked the exact same spot. This becomes unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming for you and your client to find a new time and reschedule.
- Less administration for you: You only need to update one calendar.
- Stay organised throughout the day: Through two-way syncing, your bookings and appointments across all calendars can be viewed in one place so that you have a clear view of your day without having to flip through multiple calendars.
How do I set up two-way calendar syncing?
You can keep your SoulAdvisor calendar up-to-date by setting up two-way syncing to your other external calendars or booking platforms.

There is sometimes a lag time (ranging from 5 minutes to 24 hours) between syncing of the two calendars, which is outside of SoulAdvisor's control. We have noted these within the set-up instructions where applicable.
