Relax Into Love

Love is the very essence of the entire universe; the very essence of who you are. By choosing to tap into the universal energy of love, you can feel fulfilled by your own true self.

Awareness

You are invited to consciously relax your body now, soften and let go of tension, breathing into your heart space, right in the middle of your chest. This is your place of peace, your place of love. Let go of expectations, just breathe into and out from your heart space. Love exists in all eternity, in all living things. Tune into love from your heart right now.

Take a walk outside and find a flowering blossom. Smell it, touch it, notice its fragility, and yet, how it opens anyway. Observe how intricate and beautiful, delicate and vulnerable it is. Express gratitude for this beautiful, simple expression of love deep from within your heart.

Looking for Love

The whole of nature pulsates with love. Look for natural beauty everywhere; notice life in the weeds that come up through the cracks in pavers.  See love as sunbeams stream onto a concrete wall, or coloured light filters over a window pane. These things are love.

The simplest joys and delights from the universe are all love, like a gentle breeze through your hair, lit candles emitting a perfect flame, a pot of tea made with loving intentions or a shared smile and mud squishing through your toes.

The same universal energy of love you seek from outside of yourself is already fully alive within you, and it is sweet and kind, delicate and strong, serene and nurturing, pure and non-judging. Love asks for nothing. You are this love in its many forms.

Love is there for you, it has been there all along. All you need to do is awaken to it from within your own beautiful self. Then you can enjoy what is and what will come from your relationships, and freely express pure, expansive, universal love from within.
