What happens if my qualifications are written in a language other than English?

As a global brand, we are open to receiving international qualifications and will assess these against our SoulAdvisor Standards Checklist for appropriateness.

At this stage of our growth, qualifications written in English are preferred and will be assessed against Australian and global industry associations. Over time, we will continue to expand our collective understanding of other associations and benchmarks, including languages other than English.

If your documentation is written in a language other than English, we will need to translate it to English, to assist verification. Often this can be done by our translating tool however, if we cannot identify key elements we will need to explore this with you further on an individual basis. 

Once your documents are translated, our qualification process will continue towards you joining our global collective.
