Global currency support is designed to make your services more accessible to clients worldwide by allowing them to view and pay in their preferred currency, while ensuring you continue to receive your earnings in your default account currency.
How It Benefits Your Practice:
- Wider International Reach: By displaying prices in a client's local currency, you remove a potential barrier to booking, making your services more attractive to a global audience.
- Enhanced Client Experience: Clients can easily understand your pricing without needing to manually convert currencies, leading to a smoother browsing and booking process.
How clients choose their currency:
- Clients and Explorers visiting SoulAdvisor will see a Currency icon on the top search bar. This is automatically set to US Dollars. Clicking here brings u a smorgasboard of 24 different currencies, allowing them to choose the currency that they wish to pay in, thus enhancing their comfort with the system.
How Practitioners Choose their Currency:
- You can set your currency by visiting your dashboard and editing this setting within each service. You will have the same choice of 24 currencies as above. Different services can be offered in different currencies which may be appropriate if you are offering local hands-on services in addition to online services. Remember that your prospective clients will see your prices in the currency they have chosen to see them in. The choice is yours.
How You Get Paid:
- You set your prices in your default account currency: The amount you set for your services remains unchanged in your SoulAdvisor account.
- Clients pay based on exchange rates: When a client books and pays in a different currency, they will be charged the equivalent amount according to the current exchange rate at the time of booking.
- You receive your earnings in your default currency: SoulAdvisor handles the currency conversion, and you will receive the full amount you originally set for your services in your default account currency. Any fluctuations due to exchange rates are managed by the platform and do not affect the amount you are credited.
