What size, and sort of, images can I use on my profile?
High-quality photos of yourself and your practice (without font) work best, particularly as profiles are increasingly viewed from mobile phones.
A profile picture should be facing towards the camera, eyes open, and smiling. (200x200 pixels)
Your profile also enables you to create a banner (maximum of 10 images) showcasing yourself and your business. All banner images should be 1920x965 px (landscape/ horizontal) and can be resized on free tools such as Canva. Alternatively, you can send your desired images through to the SoulAdvisor team to assist you to re-size the image.
We find that a personal photo facing the camera and smiling creates a welcoming environment and we recommend this for your first banner photo.
Further images can be added to highlight your work, and practice and create interest, similar to a banner on a website. Be mindful of colours, and how they work together as a group of images. Whilst we request you do not use your logo as an entire picture, you can utilise images with your logo in the background.
The SoulAdvisor Team can assist you in finding a couple of stock images for your banner if required.
The video is optional, we recommend approximately one minute in length showcasing you and your work.
No contact details such as websites or phone numbers are permitted on images (or elsewhere on your profile) under our Platform Guidelines. This is to ensure communication, appointments, and ongoing dealings are completed within the platform and that relationships are not moved offline.
Your profile displays details to encourage and support bookings. Once a reservation request or booking is made, clients will be provided with your contact details and you will receive theirs. This will enable you to communicate any pre or post-session information.
