My email address is not being recognised by SoulAdvisor, what can I do?
As part of the registration process, you would have included an email address. To complete the first stage of registration, you will be sent an email requesting you to confirm this email address.
This part of the process is required to be completed within a 24 hour period and the link may expire if not done within this timeframe.
If this confirmation step has not been taken, SoulAdvisor is not able to recognise your email address. Usually when you experience this technical issue it is due to the confirmation proxess not being completed.
We suggest to check your junk mail box, as the confirmation email may have arrived in a different part of your inbox. The other consideration, is you may have used a different email address.
If time permits, please confirm via the email link and enable our platform to approve your email address.
