Shashi sees the body as a living temple — a sacred vessel through which the divine expresses — and the Kundalini Shakti as the spirit within that temple, the vital energy that animates creation itself.

Her teachings are rooted in the Tao Tantric Arts lineage, which she co-founded with Minke de Vos, and integrate Taoism, Tantra, and modern consciousness practices.
