How will we work together? First up we find how best to communicate, in person, or by video conference call, email or phone call. Developing your plan will include completing a short questionnaire, to provide a brief overview of your current wellbeing. Next we begin, over a series of no more than six weeks, observing the quadrants teaching methods to balance, change and restore you to a comfortable space in life. These quadrants include mental, emotional, physical and spiritual areas of life. The outcome: to iron out those little niggles that have be seeking a little extra attention. From my heart I will use all I know from my professional toolkit. Note: While most of my work is undertaken in-person, I also do some follow-up consultations online where needed. As a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider, these are done via a secure online platform (telehealth).
