About me

Lauren is an experienced and accredited meditation teacher and coach specialising in supporting women to reconnect to the wisdom of their bodies and develop a strong inner presence so they can live a life deeply aligned with their true self.

As a law graduate and ex-government worker, Lauren knows what it is like to live a life of imbalance, depletion and dissatisfaction as a result of ignoring her true inner desires and feminine essence.

Lauren’s epiphany coincided with infertility issues and ... a 21-day trek in the Californian wilderness, at which point she was seriously questioning her life path. At that point, she chose to live a life deeply aligned to her heart's desires by choosing an alternate career path and living more holistically. She is now a passionate advocate for other women to do the same through her nurturing, grounded and compassionate approach.

Lauren works with women to:
• gently reconnect them to their body's innate wisdom
• reclaim their feminine qualities that may have been denied through living in a masculine heavy world
• find a sense of deeper purpose and meaning in life
• take action to start a new career (either full time or part-time) or new creative pursuit
• re-discover and establish regular flow essence practices to balance their action-oriented way of living
• establish a self-care routine that is sacred and grounded; and
• navigate challenging times with greater compassion.

Her clients are often questioning their life path, feeling disillusioned or disempowered and seeking more passion and purpose in their lives.

Lauren’s lived experience and understanding of what it's like to be on the “other side” gives her a sense of empathy towards those who might be questioning the diverging from the ‘old story’ and traditional way of living. She admits that 10 years ago, she had accepted that simply feeling ‘ok’ with life was normal, but is now visibly demonstrating that living a purposeful and passionate life is possible.

Nature is pivotal to Lauren’s practice as she believes it holds elements of healing. She works to honour the connection with mother earth and encourages her clients to re-establish a relationship with nature too.

Lauren has taught meditation nationally for many years. She works for the Australian Centre of Meditation and Mindfulness (ACMM) as a coach, training new meditation teachers. She is passionate about continuous learning and has completed her Diploma in Guiding and Teaching Meditation with ACMM and Embodiment Teacher Training in the Non-Linear Movement Method with Michaela Boehm. She is also a Trauma-Informed Facilitator and uses trauma-sensitive practices in her teaching.

Lauren offers her guidance remotely via online sessions using Zoom.
