With her empathetic and dedicated approach, Sage aims to guide and educate her clients through an evidence-based model to reach their health goals. She thoroughly enjoys working with queer individuals, couples, families, sex workers, and single women and provides a safe space for everyone that comes to see her. Sage specialises in providing naturopathic care for fertility and reproductive health, including preconception care, fertility (female, male, non-binary and transgender), providing support for IVF/ICSI/ART, pregnancy and beyond. She also enjoys assisting patients with gut and vaginal microbiome health, gastrointestinal disturbances, hormonal health, metabolic health, and stress and mood support. Sage feels honoured to be part of each person’s healing journey, knowing that no two journeys are the same. Ever since she visited a naturopath as a teenager, this has been something that Sage has wanted to pursue. After completing a teaching degree in sports and recreation and travelling the world as a professional roller derby player, she followed her heart back into naturopathy, completing her Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) at Laureate University in Melbourne. Sage is a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA) and is one of only a few naturopaths who is a member of the Fertility Society of Australia (FSA). With a love of writing and her experience in education, Sage has collaborated with leading experts to write content for new graduate programs for naturopaths and has also created a six week free course for individuals focused on preconception through to natural/IVF/IUI conception. Passionate about providing naturopathic support for those who are discriminated against, Sage has a strong understanding of how healthcare for the queer community is underrepresented and poorly understood. This drives her enthusiasm in supporting and educating other practitioners on how to create queer-friendly clinic environments, as she knows that clinical outcomes and the overall health of the LGBTIQA+ community will ultimately be positively impacted on a larger scale. Sage looks forward to partnering with you on your health goals while embracing who you are. Read more
