Why is my account suspended?
If you cannot find your profile, then your account may be suspended. Often this will occur if your insurance policy has lapsed, and we have not received a certificate of currency.
As a business owner and operator, current insurance is essential to be registered on the SoulAdvisor platform and a requirement to remain displayed on our platform.
From two weeks of your policy being scheduled to lapse, you would have received reminder emails notifying the expiry date of your insurance policy is approaching. If notification emails were not received, we recommend checking your junk email box or ensure you are using the correct email address, to ensure we have the correct way to communicate with you in the future.
The easiest solution is to upload your current poilicy, and this can be done via your practitioner dashboard.
Other reasons your account may be suspended is if you have violated any of our terms and conditions, your client ratings have fallen beneath an accepted level to remain on the platform, or you have exhibited a behaviour that did not uphold our community standards.
All of these situations would be treated in a confidential and professional manner, and any concerns would have been communicated to you before a suspension would have been actioned.
