Why am I not allowed to include my contact details to my profile?
SoulAdvisor is a booking platform rather than a directory. We have meticoulously created a seamless booking process with the customer experience in mind. From the discovery call to the final payment, all interactions are managed within the platform.
Once a booking is made, clients will be provided with your contact and address details. Therefore there is no need for your website, contact details, social media links or any other methods to be displayed on your profile.
As outlined in our pricing model, you are provided with two options. One option is the commision rate structure, which means it does not cost you anything to be part of SoulAdvisor until you receive a booking or alternatively, you can elect our annual fee, and use our reservation system.
Both options require you to work within the SoulAdvisor platform and provide the best customer experience, while honouring our value of being trustworthy, as outlined in our community standards.
As part of our purpose-driven community, profits generated from our Global Collective will be reinvested into the SoulAdvisor Foundation.
