As a practitioner, can I publicly display my contact details, social media or website on the SoulAdvisor platform?
As part of our registration process, your insurance, qualifications, association membership, business details and social media platforms are provided. Our qualification process has been created to ensure we retain integrity across our platform.
SoulAdvisor is a booking platform, so we do not publicly display contact details on our practitioner profiles ie. phone number, email, website, LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram. Our purpose-driven model is all about creating bookings for you, and revenue is derived from the commission fee you provide to remain on the platform, as detailed in our pricing structure.
SoulAdvisor's focus is to ensure our practitioners receive bookings and we do this through an omnichannel approach, ie. dedicated campaigns, regular offers to our consumer database, advertising, PR and brand partnerships. Your profile displays detail to encourage and support bookings, with location and contact details provided after a booking is confirmed.
