🌿 Constellating in Nature 🌿

An Embodied Weekend Retreat for Connection, Clarity and Possibility

This retreat invites you to step outside the everyday and into a wider field of connection—held by trees, sky, shared presence, and the wisdom of the body. We’ll constellate under open skies, share meals, gather around the fire (weather permitting), and explore what’s ready to be seen, felt, and gently released.

Systemic Constellations is a powerful, embodied practice that helps us illuminate the hidden dynamics shaping our inner and outer lives—across family systems, work, relationships, and wider social fields. Through this work, we come into deeper contact with what has been entangled or forgotten, opening space for clarity, movement, and healing.

We will be hosting 2 workshops over the weekend, exploring personal potential and our relationship with nature and climate change. The retreat will be held in Falls Creek NSW, 2-2.5 hours south of Sydney.

You can read more about Constellation in Nature here.

1. Constellations in Nature: Exploring Personal Potential
Saturday 10am – 3:30pm

A day of slowing down and attuning to the more-than-human world. Through embodied constellations and reflective practices in nature, we’ll explore what’s emerging in our own lives and what’s ready to grow. This session focuses on the inner ground—the personal awareness and alignment that enables us to move towards purposeful action.

2. Constellations for our Planet: From Grief, Hope to Action
Saturday 9:30 am – 1:00pm

An Experiential Workshop for Navigating Climate Change from Grief, Hope to Action guided by Joanna Macy’s Work that Reconnects and Systemic Constellations. This 3-hour session weaves constellation practice, ritual and reflection to activate active hope to help us meet the times we’re living in with care, courage and clarity.

We’ll move through the spiral of:

  • Coming from Gratitude
  • Honouring our Pain for the World
  • Seeing with New Eyes
  • Stepping into Possibility

Held gently in nature, this closing circle supports us to feel, witness and move forward with greater connection and capacity.

🌼 Join for one or both sessions

✨ This retreat is for anyone feeling the call to:

  • Explore personal or ancestral patterns in a supportive field
  • Reconnect with nature as guide and witness
  • Gather in circle with others navigating change
  • Rest into rhythms that allow what’s hidden to emerge

You’ll be held in a warm, welcoming space as you move toward greater clarity, wholeness, and possibility.

No prior experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

CONTRIBUTION

We’ve designed this retreat to be nourishing, spacious, and accessible—while also honouring the depth of the work and the energy it takes to hold it.

This is not a high-end, catered wellness retreat. It’s something more real: a small, land-based gathering where we constellate under the sky, cook together, and listen deeply—held by the field, each other, and the land.
